Superfighters Deluxe adds online multiplayer, story mode, character customization, a full-fledged map editor with Steam Workshop integration, 4 player local multiplayer, a sprawling soundtrack, tons of new maps, moves and weapons, and a whole lot of other things which I'm too tired to remember now.
